Pull up a seat.
Black or with cream? Bitter or sweet?
While you sip, here’s what I do—
I write about health, wellness, and travel too.
I break down the complex, fact-check the trends,
turn dry stats into stories that stick in the end.
SEO, long-form, snappy and tight—
if words need brewing, I’ll get them just right.
Hi, I’m Kristin. I create content that’s smart, structured, and built for impact—clear health advice, engaging travel guides, and meaningful nonprofit narratives.
My work has appeared in Parents.com, Verywell Health, Verywell Mind, Verywell Fit, Health.com, Sports Illustrated, Men’s Journal, and more. Take a look:

I’ve spent years grinding away at my craft.
I hold a B.A. in English with a focus on creative writing and a minor in psychology from the University of Cincinnati. For over a decade, I’ve worked as a professional writer and editor, primarily in the health and wellness space.
Beyond writing, I founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds smart libraries in rural northwest Pakistan. These libraries double as hubs for health literacy, offering classes on such topics as self-screening for cancer, antibiotic stewardship, and protection from indoor pollution—reflecting my commitment to accessible health education. Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in grant writing, nonprofit storytelling, and marketing.
